Explore Central Vietnam through ancient towns, traditional craft villages, imperial heritage and peaceful countryside experiences.

Meet your guide at your hotel in Da Nang and begin your Central Vietnam journey with a visit to the Cham Museum, home to an important collection of Cham sculpture and cultural artifacts.
 
Continue to the historic riverside town of Hoi An. On arrival, explore the UNESCO-listed Ancient Town on foot and discover its distinctive architecture and trading heritage.
 
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue through the old town with visits to an ancient merchant house, the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the Japanese Covered Bridge and the lively riverside market.
 
Spend the evening at leisure in Hoi An.

After breakfast, take a morning boat journey to Kim Bong Village, a traditional community known for its long-established woodworking and boat-building heritage.
 
Visit a local shipbuilding yard before cycling through the village, passing traditional houses, temples and small cottage workshops.
 
Continue by boat to Thanh Ha Pottery Village. Visit a traditional pottery workshop and experience the local craft of shaping pottery by hand.
 
Later, travel to Tra Que Village and explore its farming community. Walk through the gardens and learn about traditional cultivation methods used by local farmers.
 
Taste the local specialty Tam Huu spring rolls and enjoy a traditional herbal footbath before returning to Hoi An.

After breakfast, leave Hoi An and travel north towards Hue, Vietnam’s former imperial capital.

Arrive in Hue and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before checking in.
 
In the afternoon, discover Hue’s imperial heritage with a visit to the Imperial Citadel, once the political and ceremonial center of the Nguyen Dynasty.
 
Continue to the peaceful tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, known for its landscaped setting and traditional royal architecture.

After breakfast, set out to explore the tranquil villages and countryside surrounding Hue by bicycle.
 
Cycle along quiet roads and paths through bamboo groves and rural communities towards Thanh Toan Covered Bridge, one of the area’s distinctive historic landmarks.
 
Continue through the countryside with visits around Sam Market and Thuong Lam Pagoda. The day’s cycling covers approximately 23 kilometers on generally flat roads and village paths.
 
In the afternoon, visit a traditional garden house and experience the hospitality of a local family while tasting traditional Hue confectionery.
 
Continue to the historic Thien Mu Pagoda on the banks of the Perfume River.
 
Finish the day’s exploration with a relaxing sunset boat journey along the river back towards Hue.
